Lauren and Randy, a husband and wife duo, founded Farmstead Apothecary out of their own personal journeys with skin conditions. Their commitment to simplicity and natural care stems from their own experiences and frustrations with synthetic ingredients and ineffective natural products.

Lauren’s background in baking, from attending Le Cordon Bleu, gave her a deep understanding of ingredients at a molecular level, enriching her approach to skincare. Driven by concern for her family’s health and a desire for safer, more effective solutions, Lauren applied her knowledge to formulate skincare products free from questionable ingredients.

Recognizing the unique quality of their formulations, Lauren and Randy decided to share their creations with the world. They personally oversee every aspect of production—from mixing and formulating to bottling and labeling—ensuring that each product is crafted with care and integrity.
